Okay here is the item database. There are two types of armor NPC armor which can be bought from shops and upgraded and dropped armor which can only be obtained from drops. Dropped armor aren't necessarily the best but some have pretty good abilities and stats. NPC armor are categorized in sets which were made by me so that they work well together ie. Hp Regen + Damage return (Death Knight Set) but you can still make your own custom set if you think it works better.
Here are the NPC armor when combined with the mystic rune their stats become as shown below:
All NPC armor will cost:
$12500 for Helm/Hoods/Masks
$7500 for Chests/Robes
$5000 for Shoulders/Shields
$9000 for Gloves/Gauntlets/Bands/Vambraces
And 5 lumber for Mystic runes in order to upgrade each item.

Some items can only be obtained through drops. Majority of these items are already upgraded so mystic runes are useless with these items.
